Do I need to book a call?
No. Everything is done by email, in writing, so you have every answer to look back on.
Do you need access to my store?
Not for the audit. It reviews your public store the way a shopper sees it. Access is only needed later, if you order fixes or maintenance, and then the work happens on a copy of your theme.
What does it cost?
The full store audit is $1,990, and single audits are $790 each. Optimization starts from $1,900 for one area and from $3,900 for the full store. Maintenance is $1,900 a month for 20 hours of work. Order fixes within 30 days of receiving your report and get 20% off the optimization. All prices are on the site, in USD.
What happens to what I send?
It’s used only to answer your inquiry and is never sold. It passes only through the services that deliver it: our hosting, spam check and email. Inquiries that don’t become a project are deleted within 12 months. The Privacy Policy has the details.
