3 / 4

01What’s checked

Four places a sale gets lost, checked on your own store.

Traffic but no sales? The reason is usually in one of these four places. We go through the store the way a shopper does, on a phone first, check how Google and AI search tools read it, and write down only what we saw.

Conversion and UX

Why do shoppers leave without buying?

Home, collections, product pages, cart and the path to checkout, checked on a phone the way a first-time buyer meets them.

  • Product page
  • Cart and checkout
  • Trust and offers
  • Phone layout
Speed

Does the store feel slow on phones?

What loads first, what blocks the page, and which apps and scripts can add seconds to your product pages.

  • Phone load times
  • Apps and scripts
  • Images
SEO

Can Google find and read your products?

Page titles, structure, collections, duplicate pages and internal links: how Google sees the store.

  • Indexing
  • Titles and structure
  • Duplicate pages
AI search

Can ChatGPT and other AI search tools read your store?

Whether the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google’s AI answers can reach your pages, and read your products, prices and policies in plain HTML.

  • AI crawler access
  • Readable without JavaScript
  • Product data
02Inside the report

Every finding says what we saw, what to change, and when it’s done.

Written so you or any developer can act on it. See pages from a sample audit

  1. 1What we saw

The problem on your store, step by step, with a marked screenshot from a phone or desktop.

  2. 2What to change

The exact change, in plain words. Something a developer can do, not a principle.

  3. 3Done when

What you’ll see on the store once it’s fixed, so nobody argues about whether it’s done.

  4. 4How to test it

For the Do now fixes: what to watch in your own analytics before and after the change.

One PDF for the full audit

Plain English, every finding explained in detail. The sample pages are from a CRO audit; the full audit adds the SEO and AI search chapters.

  1. Summary the short version
  2. Priority plan what to fix first
  3. Conversion from first page to checkout
  4. Speed one chapter, for the whole store
  5. SEO how Google reads the store
  6. AI search ChatGPT and other assistants
  7. Next steps who does what

Every finding is ranked

The priority plan puts them in order, so you know what to do first.

  • Do nowHigh importance. Fix these first.
  • Do nextMedium importance. After the first round.
  • Do laterLower importance, or worth leaving alone.

07Questions

Before you ask.

My store gets traffic but no sales. Will an audit help?

That is what it’s for. When visitors come and don’t buy, the reason is usually on the store itself: something a shopper sees, misreads or can’t find on a phone. That’s why a Shopify store often isn’t converting. The audit finds those places on your own pages and ranks the fixes.

What do you need from me?

Only your store’s URL. The audit reviews your public store the way a shopper sees it, so there is no login, no app to install and no analytics access. The Do now findings say what to watch in your own analytics afterwards, if you want to measure the change.

We have a large catalog. Do you check every product?

No. Products share the same templates, so we review your home page, main collections, top product pages, the cart and checkout up to payment, on a phone and a desktop. A problem on a template applies to every page that uses it.

Will my conversion rate go up?

Nobody can honestly promise a number before seeing your data, so we don’t. You get specific problems with specific fixes, each with a “Done when”, and for the most important ones what to watch in your own analytics.

Do I have to buy the fixes from you?

No. The report is yours: your own developer can work from it. If you’d rather we make the fixes, order the optimization within 30 days of receiving your report and get 20% off.

Full audit or a single one?

The full audit covers conversion, SEO and AI search in one report, with one priority plan, for $1,990. The three single audits would cost $2,370. Pick a single audit if you already know where the problem is.

How long does it take?

Every audit report, full or single, arrives within 7 business days of the start date, and your questions are answered for 30 days after delivery.

What if I change my mind?

If you cancel before the start date, you get a full refund. Once the work has started, the fee is not refunded.

Find out why.

Send your store URL and what worries you. You’ll get a reply within 1 business day, with the next steps and a start date.

  • Full store audit $1,990
  • Single audits $790
  • No payment to inquire
What worries you most? (optional)
